This shoreline habitat attracts much wildlife to be viewed close up. Stilts, Terns, Gulls, Pelicans, and Cormorants, Dolphins, Sea lions, and migrating whales at a distance.
The Manhattan Beach Pier is an amazing viewing platform not only for Pelicans feeding but the views of Sea lions, Dolphins, Cormorants, and on the right day surfing and Volley ball. We must thank the “Heal the Bay “Volunteers.
